Responsibilities
- Implement therapy interventions according to the OT’s established plan of care.
- Document patient treatments and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with patient and family education to support therapy goals.
- Communicate changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Active Oregon COTA license or ability to obtain.
- Strong patient-care, communication, and teamwork skills.
