What you?ll do
- Evaluate adult outpatients with spine and musculoskeletal pain; focused exams; order/interpret diagnostics.
- Build and update care plans; set expectations and next steps with patients.
- Perform/assist with office-based procedures (trigger point, peripheral msk and joint image-guided injections (ultrasound) and support neuromodulation/pump care under physician mentorship.
- Use EMR for thorough, timely documentation; coordinate follow-ups, including telemedicine when appropriate.
Qualifications
- California PA license and NCCPA certification (PA-C).
- Pain/ortho/spine/PM&R/neurology experience is a plus; motivated early-career PAs welcome (structured onboarding and proctoring).
- Comfort with procedures (or enthusiasm to learn), clear patient education, and teamwork.
Schedule, compensation & benefits
- Full-time outpatient, Monday?
Thursday core hours; some flexibility for procedure days. - Competitive salary + performance bonus eligibility.
