We’re hiring Paramedics passionate about delivering compassionate, high‑quality, advanced patient care to our community members and visitors.

• Assess each call situation and determine the best course of action using progressive Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures—including defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids—to provide advanced medical care.
• Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as fellow Paramedics.
• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• State Paramedic License.
• State Driver’s License.
• BLS,, NREMT‑Paramedic certification.
• Driving record compliant with company policy.
• Pass physical agility test.
• Some experience in healthcare preferred.

• Additional paramedic training or certifications.
• Experience with community outreach or public education.

Pay Range: $35.30–$50.85 per hour (12‑hour shift). Comprehensive benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), disability, FSA, HSA, EAP, vacation, and paid time off.
