Certification Details
- RN Emergency room position requiring ability to float between units and work weekends.
- Preference given to candidates available for a full schedule through the end of January and the first week of February.
- Day shift, 12-hour shifts.
- Start date:
1/17. - Position is Per Diem for 26 weeks.
Job Details
- Must meet minimum compliance requirements prior to starting; full compliance profile must be completed within two weeks after the start date.
- Must score 80% or higher on Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam, Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening, Prime Core Competencies Exam, Prime Skills Checklist, and Prime Specialty Exam.
- Must have valid Driver's License, State , or Passport.
- Must have completed Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (valid for 2 years).
- Must have completed Prime Criminal Background Check within one year of start date.
- Must complete Prime Agency Attestation after all other credentials are uploaded.
- Must complete Prime SAM/EPLS search for 'Excluded Individual'.
- Must complete Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification).
- Must have signed Prime Job Description.
- Must provide Prime Education Verification (copy of Diploma or Transcripts accepted).
- Must complete DCI/BVP for Workplace Violence Prevention.
- Must complete Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test) within 60 days of start, including specific requirements for CA locations.
- Must provide up-to-date Prime Resume at time of offer acceptance.
- Must provide two references, one from a manager or direct leader/supervisor.
- Name Verification Affidavit required for any name discrepancies between credentials.
