Certification Details
- RN ICU position requiring ability to float between units and work weekends.
- Preference for candidates available for full schedule through end of January and first week of February.
- Day shift, 12-hour shifts.
- Start date:
1/17. - Position is Per Diem for 26 weeks.
Job Details
- Minimum compliance requirements must be met prior to starting; full compliance profile must be completed within two weeks after the start date.
- Must score 80% or higher on Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam, Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening, Prime Core Competencies Exam, Prime Specialty Exam.
- Annual Respirator fit test required prior to start.
- National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date.
- Driver's license, State , or Passport required.
- Physical/Health Statement annually, must state clear to work.
- 2 COVID-19 vaccines and booster required or declination completed.
- Proof of 2 MMR vaccines or positive titer showing immunity.
- Hepatitis B vaccination required; declinations not accepted.
- Influenza vaccine or declination required during flu season; declinations not accepted.
- TB test within year of start date.
- Varicella vaccination/titer showing immunity.
- Tdap vaccine as an adult required; declinations not accepted.
Job Requirements

Schedule Information
- ICU unit with floating between units required
Unit Specific Information
- Must complete Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training valid for 2 years.
- Prime OIG, Prime SAM/EPLS checks required.
- Prime Agency Attestation must be completed after all credentials are uploaded.
- Prime Badge Photo may be requested for onboarding.
- Prime Orientation Packet available but optional.
- Name Verification Affidavit required for any name discrepancies between credentials.
