* POSITION SUMMARY:

** The Urgent Mental Health Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing urgent mental health programs and services within the Hill Country Community Clinic. This role involves leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health care.

* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Program Development and Management
1. 1. Develop and implement urgent mental health programs and services in accordance with clinic goals and industry standards.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of urgent mental health programs (CARE Center and Mobile Crisis Outreach Team), ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
1. Clinical Supervision
1. 1. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to urgent mental health staff, including therapist, counselors, and care managers.
2. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and best practices in mental health care.
1. Strategic Planning
1. 1. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for urgent mental health services.
2. Identify opportunities for program expansion and improvement.
1. Collaboration
1. 1. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to integrate urgent mental health services into the overall clinic system.
2. Foster partnerships with community organizations and mental health agencies.
1. Quality Assurance
1. 1. Monitor and evaluate the quality of urgent mental health services, implementing improvements as needed.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
1. Staff Development
1. 1. Recruit, train, and mentor urgent mental health staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
2. Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
1. Budget Management
1. 1. Develop and manage the budget for urgent mental health programs, ensuring financial sustainability.
2. Allocate resources effectively to support program goals.
1. Data Analysis and Reporting
1. 1. Collect and analyze data on urgent mental health outcomes and program performance.
2. Prepare and present regular reports to management team.
1. Crisis Intervention
1. 1. Develop and implement protocols for crisis intervention and urgent mental health services.
2. Ensure staff are trained to handle crisis situations effectively.
