$20,000 – $32,000 per year (base pay)

We are seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to provide quotes to prospective customers, discuss options, and consult on insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationships and achieving sales targets through the delivery of personalized insurance solutions.

• Follow up with prospects using provided leads
• Quote and sell personal insurance policies
• Protect the best interests of clients and insurance partners
• Ensure tasks are completed and documented accurately
• Maintain a professional sales‑service mindset at all times

• Active Property & Casualty License (required)
• 1 year of personal insurance sales experience (required)
• Strong communication skills (speaking and writing)
• Excellent multi‑tasking and organization abilities
• Team‑oriented attitude and positive workplace energy
