Insurance Sales Representative

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Insurance Company to find their next Insurance Agent. This position is based in Redding, CA. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, customer-focused individual with strong sales ability and excellent communication skills, capable of handling a high volume of calls and building long-term client relationships.

• $22 – $23 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:30PM
• Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2

• Active Property & Casualty license required
• Life and Health license preferred; reimbursement offered if completed
• Strong sales skills with the ability to succeed in a call-heavy environment
• Comfortable with both cold and warm leads
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
• Willing to complete a full month of training

• Make and receive high volumes of calls, including cold and warm leads
• Meet with clients in person and over the phone
• Provide information on insurance products and coverage options
• Assist clients with policy renewals and updates
• Maintain accurate records and follow compliance requirements
