• The Sr. Project Manager will be the face of the company (and the factory) to clients post contract signing, hosting weekly client meetings via Teams and have regular in person meetings during the course of a project.
• In this role, you will work closely with clients including developers, owners, reps and city officials who hire the firm to build multifamily housing.
• The Sr. Project Manager will also manage ASMEP professionals, subcontractors, timelines and budgets.
• This role is set to drive exciting projects in the pipeline and have influence over the firm’s tactical decision making as the company grows meanwhile following your own growth trajectory into executive leadership, leading a team of project managers as the company scales an ecosystem.

• The team works together onsite in Redding, California.
• Set in the mountains and valleys of northern California just over 150 miles north of Sacramento, Redding is an outdoor paradise where you’ll find abundant hiking, fishing, exploration and more.
• Redding boasts a unique downtown made up of shops, restaurants, clubs with live music, and galleries.
• Plus, you’ll find nearby nature escapes sta and Whiskeytown National Recreation area.

• 10+ years in commercial, multifamily construction coupled with 3+ years in direct field experience and 5+ years in project management
• Expertise with project management on projects in the $10M - $100M range
• Working knowledge of and exposure to modular and/or prefab construction
• Excellent communication capacity with subcontractors, client partners and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field
• Ability to work onsite in Redding, CA and willing to travel to job sites 1-2 times per month
