Key Responsibilities- American Propeller Service is looking for a Stockroom Assistant who will be responsible for Maintaining organization and inventory levels of the parts department to ensure optimal stock availability, ordering and restocking parts as needed to support efficient shop operations and minimize downtime, assembling and preparing parts kits for ongoing repair orders and delivering them to the appropriate departments in a timely manner, preventing unauthorized part usage, generate purchase orders accurately and efficiently, communicate and build strong relationships with vendors to ensure the timely availability of required parts and supplies, working closely with other departments to ensure parts support aligns with service timelines and operational needs, and any other duties deemed necessary.
