Material Handler, Production Associate / Production Line, Forklift Operator
O2 Employment Services is partnering with a local flour mill to find a dependable and hardworking Production & Warehouse Associate in Redding, CA.
This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food production, warehouse operations, and forklift operation, along with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Production & Warehouse Associate Compensation- $21.00 per hour
- Full-time position
- Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Forklift operating experience required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate legibly and effectively
- Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Assist with daily flour production, packaging, and warehouse operations
- Operate forklifts to move and organize products and materials
- Load, unload, stack, and transport materials throughout the facility
- Monitor production processes and assist with maintaining product quality
- Accurately read and complete production records and documentation
- Perform basic calculations related to production and inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with additional production and warehouse tasks as needed
