Dignity Health Medical Group - North State is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our well‑established Orthopedic team in Redding, CA.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $145,000‑$155,000 + productivity incentives

- PSLF‑eligible position
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted California license and certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery
required - First‑assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings
