Dignity Health Medical Group - North State is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our well‑established Orthopedic team in Redding, CA.

• Clinical duties include consultations, follow‑ups, procedures (joint injections, aspirations, etc.)
• Involvement in ordering and interpreting diagnostics

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $145,000‑$155,000 + productivity incentives
• Sign‑on & relocation bonus

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current and unrestricted California license and certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery
  required
• First‑assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings
