Dignity Health Medical Group is seeking a full‑time General Surgery NP or PA to serve our patients in beautiful Redding, CA, in both in clinic and in the OR.

This position is a clinic‑based position working in the Dignity Health Medical Group General Surgery Clinic.

Responsibilities will include:

• Seeing patients in clinic, including new consults, pre‑op, and post‑op
• Supporting several surgeons, including general, vascular, thoracic, and acute care
• Assisting surgeons with elective cases in the OR (recommended, but not required)

While candidates with surgical experience are preferred, new grads and those without surgical experience but eager to learn are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $145,000

• Group‑paid options for Medical and Dental insurance means $0 monthly premium for medical and dental insurance is available!

• Up to $3000/year employer HSA contribution for HSA‑eligible HDHP PPO medical plan (which is the group paid option)
