RN Registered Nurse - Pediatrics

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional nights, weekends, or on-call as needed)

Pay: $45-$55/hr based on experience including full benefits package

$44.00/hr - $55.00/hr

• Supervise and provide direct, hands‑on care to pediatric clients, including feeding, transfers, and mobility support.
• Develop, update, and maintain individualized Plans of Care and required documentation (MARs, flow sheets, assessments).
• Administer medications and perform daily clinical assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (OT, PT, physicians, and therapists) to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care.
• Train, supervise, and support Personal Care Attendants and other team members.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding care plans, updates, and appointments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive care environment for all clients.
• Participate in staff training, quality improvement, and facility operations as needed.

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required)
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing (Required)
• Experience in pediatric or special needs care preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification required
