Shasta Regional Medical Center, a 226‑bed acute care facility and a proud member of the Prime Healthcare system, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its anesthesia team in Redding, California. This is an outstanding opportunity to enjoy a flexible schedule with no overnight or on‑call responsibilities, while practicing in a supportive and patient‑focused environment.

• Employment:
  Full‑time or part‑time with flexible scheduling
• Practice Scope:
  General surgery, orthopedic procedures, and routine elective surgeries
• Patient Population:
  Adults only (no pediatrics)
• Schedule:
  
  Daytime hours, no overnight or on‑call shifts

• Current certification as a CRNA (NBCRNA)
• Active California RN and CRNA license (or ability to obtain)
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Base salary: $240,000–$275,000 annually (dependent on experience and schedule)
• $10,000 sign‑on bonus
• Health insurance:
  Self‑funded EPO (HMO) plan at no cost to provider
• Malpractice insurance coverage
