Nursing Assistant; Certified – Recovery Room

Responsibilities

The CNA in the MST department is a certified assistive person who assists with activities of daily life, provides basic nursing care to non-critical patients and assists in maintenance of a safe environment under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, required.
• Current BLS upon hire and maintain current.
• Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months of previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.

The current compensation range for this role is $22.94 to $31.76. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
