Competitive compensation with an hourly range of $41.62 to $68.40. Employees can tailor benefits under a collective bargaining agreement, depending on full‑time or part‑time status.

- Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice.
- Directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the ICU.
- Is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to assigned patients.
- Communicates with the physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition, including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies, abnormal results, and symptomatology.
- Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.
- Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintained.
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
- Current ACLS certificate within 30 days upon hire and maintained.
- Completion of Critical Care Course.
- Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care.
- Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
