Total Life, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead longevity days at partner senior living communities in the Redding area. The NP will conduct 45–60 minute longevity visits built on a geriatric assessment, medication review, and cognitive/sleep/nutrition discussions.
Training provided by the Chief Medical Officer, with on-site site days a few times per month. Responsibilities include collaboration with PCPs, Medicare documentation, and professional representation of Total Life.
