Property Manager - Redding, Ca

Overview

AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to manage a large multi-family apartment community in Redding, CA. Experience in affordable housing (RD and LIHTC) preferred.

This is a Full-Time position at 40 hours a week.

Starting pay is $25-$26.00 per hour DOE.

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Process applicant paperwork, screening applicants, obtaining landlord references, ensure all paperwork including lease and house rules receive signatures, re-certifications of current tenants, conducting move-ins and moveouts
• Collecting rents and security deposits
• Enforcing lease and house rules
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintaining excellent curb appeal
• Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants
• Follow company policies and procedures
