Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you are key to the success of our quick service restaurant, responsible for delivering friendly, accurate, and efficient service so that every traveler returns to the road better than they came.
Inthis role, you can expect to:
- Work in fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
- Serve each customer courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Provide high-quality food and maintain a clean restaurant environment.
- Process transactions at a point-of-sale (POS) register.
- Prioritize work according to kitchen and dining guest needs.
- Maintain equipment per operating standards.
- Follow safety procedures when handling or preparing food.
- Establish strong communication and rapport with leaders and co‑workers.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
- A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred.
- Previous food service experience a plus.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Pay Range $20.00 - 22.70 per hour. Pay will depend on responsibilities, duties, and relevant experience.
