Lucente Cucina Dishwasher

Exciting opportunity to join the upcoming and new Lucente Cucina Restaurant at the Holiday Inn Redding as a Dishwasher. We have full and part-time openings.

Are you friendly, dependable, and looking for a rewarding job with advancement opportunities? You might be just what we're looking for in a dishwasher! We need a hardworking person who can get in and help with a variety of kitchen tasks. In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine.

• Place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas after unloading the dishwasher
• Participate in regular employee meetings to ensure all procedures and safety rules are followed
• Scrape plates, sort dishes, and rinse glassware before putting them in the dishwasher to be cleaned
• Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems
• Mop and clean kitchen floors daily to keep the workplace neat and sanitary

• Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in food service is preferred
• Excellent stamina and physical health

$18 per hour

The Holiday Inn Hotel and Convention Center Redding is centrally located within Shasta County businesses and attractions, offering the perfect location for corporate and leisure travelers alike. The hotel has a little over 8,000 square feet of customizable event and meeting space.
