The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store measurements and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; shifts vary from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

• Travel as needed; lift/move up to 50 pounds; push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Perform physical activities such as standing, kneeling, reaching, climbing ladders.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training requirements.
