# Brand Maintenance Specialist Hot Job Redding Moore - Redding, CA 96001## Overview Salary Range $21.00 - $23.00 Hourly## Description Valley Pacific is looking for a Retail Marketing Brand Maintenance Specialist who can repair fuel island materials (point-of-sale units, spanners, sprinkler systems, bumper poles, etc.) and inside-store items (ceiling tiles, bathroom mirrors, sinks, etc.). Painting skills required. Ability to use a power washer, leaf blower, striping machines, and other yard maintenance tools and equipment is required.##

Qualifications
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Safely operate a company vehicle as assigned, which may include a commercial van or, in some circumstances, a truck and trailer.
* Carry, move, and maneuver tools and equipment, including 4,000 PSI power washers, striping machines, five-gallon paint buckets, hoses, ladders, and other maintenance equipment.
* Safely operate a 4,000 PSI power washer, including handling the equipment and hose while cleaning structures and surfaces at ground level and overhead.
* Use paint rollers and other painting equipment to paint walls and ceilings that may be more than 16 feet above ground level.
* Paint bumper poles, curbs, parking lines, and other ground-level surfaces, frequently bending, squatting, kneeling, and working in various positions.
* Safely climb and work from ladders to reach the tops of fuel dispensers and other equipment that may be more than 10 feet above ground level.
* Operate and carry a leaf blower to clean parking lots, sidewalks, landscaped areas, and other portions of customer locations.
* Travel frequently as required, including assignments that may involve travel of more than 300 miles one way and extended periods away from the employee’s home location.
* Perform maintenance and cleaning duties indoors and outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions at customer locations.
* Communicate regularly with the supervisor, provide updates on assigned work, and respond promptly to phone calls and emails.
* Prioritize and schedule assigned work on a weekly and monthly basis, keep appointments, and meet deadlines.
* Help customers surpass image standards through thorough maintenance and cleaning, while keeping tools and materials organized
** Qualifications & Skills
*** Meet the company’s requirements to safely operate the vehicles assigned to the position.
* Ability to safely lift, carry, move, and position equipment and materials weighing more than 50 pounds.
* Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, reach, push, pull, climb, and work in various positions while performing maintenance and cleaning activities.
* Ability to safely handle heavy tools and equipment and perform assigned work from ladders and at elevated heights.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and work independently.
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and customers.
* Maintain a professional appearance, communicate respectfully, and demonstrate professional conduct at customer locations.
