Caregivers Wanted – Redding, CA
No Experience Needed – Paid Training Provided
Compass is hiring compassionate caregivers to support adults with developmental disabilities in the Redding area.
What You’ll DoYou’ll provide one-on-one support to help someone live independently and confidently in their own home. This may include:
- Encouragement and emotional support
- Assisting with daily routines and life skills
- Community outings and appointments
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Transportation and errands
- Personal care (as needed)
Every day is different, and your support helps clients grow, connect, and pursue their goals.

Compass supports adults with developmental disabilities to live independently in their own homes through Supported Living Services. You’ll work one-on-one with a client, building meaningful relationships and helping people thrive.
