This position will be responsible for the delivery and pick-up of commercial vehicles. This position will provide exceptional customer service and conduct business in a professional manner.

• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles and new/Pac Lease trucks, ensuring courteous on-time delivery.
• Adhere to safe vehicle operating procedures and legal requirements.
• Represent the Company with professionalism and provide excellent customer service as a key contact.

• 18 years of age.
• High school graduate/GED or 1 year work experience.
• Valid commercial driver’s license in the state of employment and a qualified MVR abstract.

• 1 year of direct customer-facing sales experience.
• Heavy duty truck aptitude.
• Strong organization and communication with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.

• Comprehension:
  Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral/written instructions and information.
• Organization:
  Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology.
• Reasoning & Decision Making:
  Ability to apply common sense in performing job.
• Communication:
  Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines.
• Mathematics:
  No mathematical ability is required.

The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions. The noise level is normally loud.
