The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting customers to and from the dealership, ensuring a positive and professional experience. This role requires excellent driving skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership within a designated service area using company-provided vehicles.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing a welcoming experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, performing daily inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules.
• Assist customers with entering and exiting the vehicle, including handling light luggage or personal items as needed.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs or incidents to the Service Manager immediately.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries or concerns professionally.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations or accidents in the past 3 years).
• At least 21 years of age (due to insurance requirements).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate local roads efficiently, with knowledge of the [Insert Location] area preferred.
