Location: Redditch
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Working Pattern: Office-based, 5 days per week

The Role

We are recruiting for a Financial Assistant / Trainee Management Accountant to join a busy finance team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong accounts payable experience who is looking to develop their management accounting skills within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Processing and maintaining Accounts Payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assisting with month-end processes and management accounting activities.
Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving invoice queries.
Supporting financial reporting and analysis.
Maintaining accurate financial records within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Using Excel to analyse data, prepare reports, and support the wider finance function.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience within a finance or accounts role.
Strong Accounts Payable experience.
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is essential.
Competent Excel skills, including working with formulas and financial data.
