This is an office-based role for a temporary 3 month contract, with opportunity for extension.

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Redditch Borough Council for a Repairs Services Administrator to join the Housing Property Services department and provide administrative & customer service support by scheduling repairs for Council tenants.

• Manage and coordinate repair service requests efficiently, ensuring timeline and communication with customers and technicians.
• Schedule appointments and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service activities, work orders, and customer interactions.
• Liaise with technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and updates.

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
