Vehicle Technician

Vehicle Technician – Redditch We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician to join a busy main dealership in Redditch. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Previous experience within a main dealership or independent garage is required.

An MOT Tester Licence is advantageous but not essential.

Redditch Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 Basic OTE: £45,000 | Uncapped Bonus  Paid Overtime  Why Apply? £45,000 realistic OTE with uncapped bonus Paid overtime, including Saturdays £125 monthly uplift for MOT-qualified Technicians 31 days holiday, rising to 33 with service Paid birthday day off Ongoing manufacturer training Clear career progression opportunities Staff discounts on vehicles, servicing, parts and labour Healthcare cash plans and dental support Retail and lifestyle discounts Company pension scheme On-site parking Vehicle Technician Role Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults using modern diagnostic equipment Complete vehicle repairs efficiently and accurately Carry out electronic vehicle health checks and identify additional work Maintain accurate job cards, service records and workshop documentation Work closely with Service Advisors and the wider workshop team Follow all workshop, quality and Health & Safety procedures Vehicle Technician Requirements Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Competence, or equivalent Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Technician

Experience with in a main dealership or independent garage Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills MOT Tester Licence is advantageous but not essential Full UK Driving Licence Right to work in the UK
