A leading manufacturing company in Redditch is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to develop and implement strategic L&D plans. You will partner with HR and department leaders to deliver training programs and enhance employee development. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 CIPD qualification in L&D and prior experience in an FMCG environment. This permanent full-time position requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
