Arcus FM is seeking an experienced Operations Support Governance Manager to join the OSG team in a hybrid role supporting Redditch or Essex. The role focuses on protecting margin, strengthening commercial governance, and improving decision‑making through insight‑led reporting.
You will lead a small team, drive data integrity, embed governance across contracts, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and MI to deliver continuous improvement and measurable value.
