Are you an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step?

We are recruiting a Registered Manager for a 3-bed EBD children's home in Redditch, offering a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the home from the outset.

You'll be involved in supporting the Ofsted registration, building and developing your team and taking responsibility for the successful day-to-day running of the home.

But this role is about much more than compliance.

The aim is to create a children's home that genuinely feels like a family home - somewhere young people feel safe, settled, valued and supported. We need a manager who shares that philosophy and can build a team and culture around it.

What we're looking for:

• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within children's residential care
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a team
• Good knowledge of Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations
• Experience supporting children with EBD
• A genuine passion for creating a warm, nurturing and stable home
• The confidence and ability to take ownership of a service and drive high standards
