Overview

Bright Kids, established in 1999, provides high‑quality childcare, promoting learning through stimulating, creative play activities. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join our setting in Crabbs Cross, Redditch.

Hours:

Full Time (7:30 am–6:00 pm) or Part Time (flexible) – seven days a week, 51 weeks a year
Salary:
Up to £27,300 per annum, subject to age, experience and qualification.

• Support the development of children through stimulating play and creative activities.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and deliver activities.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging environment throughout the day.
• Prepare for the next day following debrief and tidy‑up.

• Level 3 qualified in Early Years (or above). Newly qualified candidates are welcome.
• A passion for supporting children’s development.
