As part of an experienced and collaborative pre-construction team, you ll play a pivotal role in securing new projects by producing accurate, commercially competitive tenders across a diverse portfolio of residential groundworks and infrastructure schemes. You ll work closely with operational and commercial teams, influencing projects from the earliest stages and contributing directly to the company s continued success.

Estimator

Responsibilities;

• Work in a team
• Work to tight deadlines
• Sending out enquiries to sub-contractors for pricing
• Assessing drawings and specific details to price
• Engaging with clients commercial and technical teams
• Engaging with all company departments but specifically Commercial, Construction & Engineering teams
• Drawing take offs (using Bluebeam)
• Inputting data on excel
• Pricing BOQs in excel for submitting
• Producing material schedules from BOQ s

Min Requirements;

• Competent in the use of Excel
• Min 3 years  experience in groundworks estimating
• Driving licence (own reliable transport to work)
• Good communication skills
