AYBL is seeking a skilled Junior Creative Artworker to produce high-quality artwork, illustrations, and graphics for both apparel and digital content. This is a creative role that requires strong conceptual thinking and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with the Mid-Weight Artworker and collaborate with internal teams—including Womenswear, Menswear Design, and Brand—to ensure all creative assets are original, on‑brand, and fully production‑ready.

  • Rework and refresh high‑performing past designs by updating visuals or layouts, offering customers new options for their favourite products while maintaining brand consistency and appeal.
  • Continuously research and analyse emerging styles, industry trends, and consumer preferences to inform and inspire creative direction. Proactively generate fresh design concepts with a focus on realism, innovation, and brand relevance, ensuring the creative output remains ahead of the curve and aligned with market demands.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in illustration software, including Procreate and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Consistently meet deadlines while managing multiple projects and adapting to changing requirements.
  • Apply strong knowledge of print techniques to ensure all designs are technically sound, production‑ready, free from potential production issues, and without any limitations in terms of execution.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members, including brief allocation and first‑stage design approvals.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure creative alignment across departments.
  • Support the wider brand team by contributing to cross‑functional projects.
  • Respond efficiently to ad hoc design requests from managers, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.
  • When needed, roll out approved design concepts across various platforms (e.g., brand, marketing), adapting base designs into multiple formats to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
