Hotel Receptionist

We’re on the lookout for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team!
Make a difference to the moments that matter to us and our guests. As the voice and face of Marston’s Inns, you’ll provide exceptional customer service – with a smile for our guests, from the point of booking/check‑in, right through to check‑out.

• Have proven system/computer skills, or willingness to learn
• Be passionate about providing great customer service, including dealing effectively and efficiently with any requests/queries
• Be responsible for taking payments
• Work closely with the wider hotel and pub team to ensure business standards are met and delivered
