Description

Act as the primary contact for residents, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
Ensure residents are informed about project timelines and updates.
Coordinate access to properties for necessary works.
Log and resolve complaints effectively, maintaining a high level of customer service.
Conduct regular visits to properties to check on progress and resident satisfaction.
Collaborate with the property team to address resident needs and feedback.
Produce clear and accurate reports on resident interactions and project progress.
Support the delivery of high-quality property services to residents.

Profile

A successful Resident Liaison Officer should have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with residents.
Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the property industry.
Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues diplomatically.
Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and building relationships.
Basic IT skills for reporting and communication purposes.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent position within the property industry.
Based in Redditch, with travel across stock - Herefordshire / Worcestershire / Dudley/ Stourbridge / West Bromwich / Birmingham / Coventry and Warwickshire.
