Arcus FM Limited in Redditch is hiring a Customer Support Coordinator on a permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for stores needing our assistance, handling reactive calls, creating work orders and coordinating with engineers to provide updates.
Working a rotating 40-hour schedule (Mon–Fri 6:00–14:00 and 12:00–20:00) with every other weekend and compensating days off. A strong phone manner and problem-solving skills are essential; apprenticeship opportunities may be available
