Tenpin - Redditch is seeking a friendly Customer Service Assistant to welcome guests, manage bookings, answer questions and help run events across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, Karaoke and more. You will contribute to a lively, family-friendly centre and ensure guests have a memorable visit.
You'll need energy, confidence and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn. Applicants aged 16+ are welcome and roles may include evenings and weekends to fit the venue’s busy periods.
