We’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to join a supportive secondary setting in Redditch from January. You’ll deliver engaging BTEC Business lessons across Levels 2 and 3, with full responsibility for planning, teaching, and assessment. This long‑term role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping learners develop practical commercial understanding and career‑ready skills.

You’ll be a qualified Business Teacher (QTS or ECT) with strong subject knowledge and confidence teaching BTEC units at Level 2 and 3. We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, and comfortable delivering coursework‑based qualifications. A positive classroom presence and the ability to motivate students of mixed abilities are essential.

The school offers a supportive leadership team, modern resources, and a committed Business department. Students respond well to structured, engaging teaching, and the school encourages staff to bring real‑world business examples into the classroom to deepen understanding and boost outcomes.
