Teaching Assistant

Role Requirements:

A real desire to help children engage, learn and achieve their full potential
Promote a positive 'can do' classroom, encouraging independence, confidence and self belief
Adaptable, approachable, proactive and reliable
Happy to travel to schools in Redditch, Studley and/or within reasonable proximity
Completion of our free registration and safeguarding process, including , DBS and referencing checks

Previous UK experience of working (paid or voluntary) with children (teaching, TA, tutoring, coaching, childcare etc) or a relevant qualification is beneficial. However I'm happy to discuss your individual aspirations
