• Overseeing students in the completion of pre-set work in the absence of the subject teacher
• Ensuring students remain engaged, on task and manage behaviour in the classroom
• Building positive relationship with pupils across different year groups
• Assist with other duties (registrations, break/ lunchtime duties)

• Desire to make a difference
• Enthusiastic, good sense of humour
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Adaptable, proactive, resilient, reliable
• Hold a UK degree or previous experience of working with young people (eg: mentor, sports coaching, youth work, tutoring, TA, LSA etc)
• Possess a current enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to apply for a new one - we can help with this)
• Can travel to Redditch, Studley, Bromsgrove
