This growing college is expanding its construction department and launching new courses. With modern facilities, motivated learners and a supportive team, it provides the perfect environment to move from industry into education and make a real impact.

In this role you will deliver practical and theory-based sessions to learners across a variety of multi-skills construction disciplines. You will teach small groups, focusing primarily on hands-on practical training with around two hours of theory each week. The timetable includes built-in admin time, giving you the space you need to plan lessons and support learners effectively.

The college offers excellent progression opportunities, a strong pension scheme, and full teacher training. You will be enrolled onto a Level 5 teaching qualification and supported by an experienced mentor as you transition from industry into education.

The Role:

The Person :

* Proven trade background in Carpentry, Plumbing or Plastering

* Minimum Level 2 qualification in your trade area

* Engaging, proactive and relatable with strong communication skills
