Secondary Maths Teacher

Salary: £90 - £190 per day (depending on experience)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive secondary school team in Redditch. The successful candidate will have a passion for inspiring students and will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS3 & KS4), helping students develop a strong understanding of mathematics and its real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver effective and engaging Maths lessons to secondary school students.
Inspire and support students in achieving their full potential in mathematics.
Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting clear goals.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and independent learning.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development.
The Ideal Candidate :
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
Passionate about teaching and helping students succeed in Maths.
Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive and productive learning environment.
Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and 4 is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Available to start immediately.
