About the Role

Empowering Learning is seeking experienced and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers for flexible, day-to-day roles across a range of primary schools in Redditch. Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in UK primary schools

* Be confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2

* Be flexible, reliable and quick to build rapport with children and staff

* Be proactive in classroom management and adaptable to different school policies

* Have an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)
