Monarch Education, part of affinity workforce, are working closely with a busy First School in Redditch.

They are looking for a full-time Year 2 Teacher to join their team after half term until the end of the academic year.

This is a full time, full responsibility teaching role, interviewing immediately.

The school are looking for a friendly, child centred individual who is always willing to go the extra mile for all children in their care, who strive to provide high-quality learning, which enables each child to realise their full potential to meet targets.

The school has a supportive senior team, with up-to-date technology and nearby public transport routes and onsite parking available on school site.

The school are willing to accept applications from ECT’s but you will need to obtain a references from a school / placement, working within year 2.

• Hold a recognised teacher qualification, QTS or Equivalent
• Have excellent knowledge of the KS1 national curriculum
• Proven record of having experience of outstanding classroom practice

• Is flexible and can adapt quickly in different school environments

• Be passionate about securing the best outcomes, inspiring and supporting all children
• Be a team player, demonstrating humility, be supports to all colleagues and can communicate readily and easily
• Possess a positive energy and enthusiasm for learning as well as a ‘can-do’ attitude to all aspects of the role and asks of the school
• Have excellent interpersonal and organismal skills
• Able to control behaviour management
