WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To become an Invigilator in our Management Information Systems department, we need someone who is patient and has good accuracy and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Set up exam venues with the required papers, stationery, and equipment.
  • Direct candidates to seats and ensure only permitted items are brought in.
  • Maintain order and silence in the exam room.
  • Invigilate exams, handle candidate queries, and report irregularities.
  • Check attendance and record late arrivals/early leavers.
  • Collect and organise exam scripts at the end of the exam.
  • Supervise candidates when entering, exiting, or temporarily leaving the room.
  • Support candidates with approved access arrangements.
