About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Day-to-Day Supply Teachers to support a range of primary schools across Droitwich and the surrounding areas, including Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, and Worcester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers who are looking for flexible working arrangements, varied classroom experience, and the chance to make a real difference in local schools.
Assignments may be pre-booked or offered on the morning of cover, and can range from single-day placements to short-term cover.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons in line with school planning
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Adapt quickly to new school environments
Ensure safeguarding and school policies are followed
Provide feedback to permanent staff where required Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong classroom management skills
Flexibility and reliability
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Ability to travel to schools across Droitwich and surrounding areas
