• Oversee students’ completion of pre‑set work in the absence of the subject teacher
• Ensure students remain engaged, on‑task and manage behaviour in the classroom
• Build positive relationships with pupils across different year groups
• Assist with other duties (registrations, break/lunchtime duties)

• Enthusiastic, good sense of humour
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills
• Adaptable, proactive, resilient, reliable
• Hold a UK degree or prior experience of working with young people (e.g., mentor, sports coach, youth work, tutoring, TA, LSA, etc.)
• Possess a current enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to apply for a new one – we can help with this)
• Can travel to Redditch, Studley, Bromsgrove
