Job Overview

Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant looking for daily work in the Redditch area? We are working with a number of schools helping them through their catch‑up provisions and are building a bank of talented education professionals to support our schools. The work is daily, long‑term or on an as‑needed basis.

• Assist with 1:1 support, group work and intervention.
• Take the lead where necessary.
• Continue learning activities for students.

• Minimum 6 months experience in a classroom.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• A Level 3 or equivalent qualification in education.
• Patient and nurturing nature.

• Experience and passion to work within a primary school.

• Flexible working days.
• Excellent rates of pay.
